Information, not advice

The content of this website, including articles in the Insights section, is general information about UK accountancy and tax. It is not advice on your circumstances and it should not be relied on as such. Tax law changes frequently and content is accurate only as at the review date shown on each page. We only advise clients under a signed engagement letter that sets out the scope of work, the fee and our terms of business, which take precedence over anything on this website.

Accountant’s letters, immigration and other regulated areas

We prepare accountant’s letters and certificates confirming financial facts drawn from records we hold. We do not advise on the requirements of any visa route, on legal matters or on investments, and nothing on this site should be read as doing so.

Use of the site

You may view, print and share pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce content for commercial purposes, scrape the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it, or submit enquiry forms by automated means. Every service section on this site carries a stable link and you are welcome to link to any page.

Third-party services

Booking is provided by Calendly and analytics, where you consent, by Google. Their terms apply to their services. We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available but we do not guarantee either. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
